Cost Effective
Non-viable air quality testing may not be as exhaustive as ERMI testing, but we highly recommend it. It tells you what you need to know at a much more affordable price point. Non-viable air quality tests tell you what strains of mold are present and how many spores per cubic metre are present. Essentially; you'll know if you have a mold problem and how severe it is.

Verified by independent laboratory
All air samples are sent to a third-party accredited laboratory so you can have peace of mind, knowing that the results will be objectively analysed. Once lab results come back, we send you the lab report, some commentary to help you understand the report, and recommendations for any needed further steps or treatment.
How does it Work?
Every air sample we take follows the same process. We suck 75 liters of air from inside the home, in as many areas as you wish to test, and pull it through a small filter. The slit in the air cassette is sized sufficiently small enough that it is able to trap any airborne particulates on a glass slide. The filter is sent to and analyzed by an third-party, accredited laboratory and a report is generated and sent back to you. These tests are often compared to an air sample taken outside the property. This helps us understand how abnormal the 'mold load' is the property.
